(Local Specialty) Beigang Authentic and Pure Sesame Oil with a Nose-pleasing Aroma

YUNLIN, TAIWAN (TraNews) – Beigang is a rural township in Yunlin County, which used to regarded as one of the major agricultural production areas of Taiwan, most notably peanuts and sesames. The early farmers’ edible oil was extracted from locally produced crops, and then they begun to sell cooking oil products. The finished product is characterized by its remarkably robust flavour.
Sesame oil is commonly used as a cooking oil or flavour enhancer in Chinese cuisine. The Chinese traditionally use sesame oil for preparation of meals specifically for women during postpartum confinement. What is even more incredible is that sesame oil can also be used as massage oil in some countries.
