(TraNews) – The dish deep-fried shrimps is best to go with rice. People once said that a deep-fried shrimp can make you have 3 bowls of porridges.
Ingredients: shrimp 300g, minced green onion 15g, minced garlic 15g, minced chili 10g
Seasonings: sesame oil 1tsp, salt 1/2 tsp. chicken powder 1tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp, rice wine 1tsp
1. Rinse the shrimps and dry them.
2.Deep-fried the shrimps until they become crispy.
3.Add a tsp of sesame oil into the pot then stir-fried garlic, green onion and chili. Afterwards, put in the shrimps, pepper and seasonings. Stir well then add rice wine lastly.
