(TraNews) – Hung’s Beef Noodles was the champion of 2010 Taipei Beef Noodles Festival. The chef of the store is from Kinmen and he came to Taiwan when he was 10. After years of striving, he becomes famous in Canada and China, then comes back to Kinmen to start business.
The beef noodles store is opened on September 22, 2011. The store is decorated in Chinese style and allows local citizen have another great place to dine.
The signature item in the store is the champion beef noodles. The owner chooses prime beef as ingredients. The firm and chewy texture goes perfectly with the soup. If you claim that the beef is the spirit of beef noodles, then the soup is the soul. The beef soup is refreshing and not greasy. You will definitely fall in love with the fine soup after having a sip. There is a special method to process the noodles. The chef rinse the noodles with clear water first then cook them afterwards. The simple method is the reason why the noodles stay springy even after some while.
