Those who drive a car should park their cars over here and walk along the track. Without going further, you can see a pavilion and two spring wells built next to the trail about hundred years ago. The water in the walls can only be seen during the monsoon. Currently the wells become a pool landscape covered with fallen Aegiceras petals.
Tiaoshuei Historic Trail, originally the narrow and winding pathway in Baguashan Mountain, is situated between Dajhu Village and Sitou Village in Fenyuan Township. In the early day, the traffic was rather not convenient; however, while seeking out a trench to ease the water supply issue, the local people accidentally found the Tiaoshuei Historic Trail, where water flowed ceaselessly all the year round. Tiaoshuei Historic Trail was constructed with both flood defence and leisure recreation functions and preserved by Sitou Village Community Development Association.
