Provincial Highway No.30 connects Provincial Highway No. 9 and No. 11, stretching from Zhuoxi, Hualien all the way to Changbin, Taitung. Passing through the Coastal Mountains Range by Provincial Highway No.30, it is a special and imposing treat. The East Coast encompasses coastal terraces, sandy beaches, gravel beaches, reefs, offshore islands and marine-erosion land formations, presenting travelers the best opportunities for exploring the beauty of the island.
