KEELUNG, TAIWAN (TraNews) – Sausage is a fairly common food. Many nations and regions have their own characteristic sausages, using meats and other ingredients native to the region. Red Curry Thai Cuisine Restaurant in Keelung has recently introduced northern Thai-style sausage.
According to Ms. Huang from Red Curry, the northern Thai-style sausage is made from ground pork hindquarters without adding any seasonings. Further served with ginger, garlic and chili pepper, this dish is simply irresistible and quite flavorsome. It is worth mentioning that the restaurant will occasionally introduce new dishes to entice customers’ taste buds!
