YILAN, TAIWAN (TTNews) – 2010 Yilan Green International Film is scheduled to kick off between April 3rd and April 11th of 2010, with a total of 21 films from worldwide playing for the duration of the event. This year’s opening film, the “Old Partner” is a 2008 South Korean documentary film, regarding a relationship between a very old cow and an old farmer.

The film’s original title in Korean means the “Sound of Cow Bell”. The film is set in a rural town. The film itself was a huge success that had attracted more than three million viewers, setting the record for the highest grossing independent film in Korean film history. Tickets will be sold on site one hour prior to the movie start. Visitors can get a 10% off discount on movie ticket upon presentation of the 2010 Yilan Green International Film entrance ticket.
